privatejetlondontoibiza.com is a charter comparison and referral site for private jet charter between London and Ibiza. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. We are not an aircraft operator

privatejetlondontoibiza.com is not an aircraft operator or air carrier. We are not regulated by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and we do not hold a UK CAA Air Operator's Certificate (AOC). We do not own, charter, lease, manage or operate aircraft, and we are not a party to any contract of carriage.

All charters referenced or enquired about through this site are arranged and contracted by audited third-party brokers and operated by AOC-holding operators. The contractual relationship for any flight is between you and that broker or operator.

3. Indicative pricing

Prices shown on the site, including pricing tables, fleet pages and empty-leg listings, are indicative typical market rates only. They are not a binding offer, quote or contract. Final prices are confirmed by the partner broker after operator availability, FBO slots, crew duty, fuel and any positioning costs are checked.

4. Quote requests and referrals

When you submit a quote request, we route the details to a small panel of audited UK partner brokers. Those brokers contact you directly, contract with you directly, and arrange the flight. We may receive a referral fee from the broker on completed bookings. You are under no obligation to proceed with any quote.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries
• Use the site to harvest content, pricing or aircraft data by automated means
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including sanctions evasion

6. Intellectual property

All editorial copy, layouts, photography, logos and other original content on this site are the property of privatejetlondontoibiza.com or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape or republish content without our written permission.
