What does the price include?

A private charter quote to Ibiza usually covers the aircraft and crew, fuel, standard catering, landing and handling at both ends, and your use of the private terminals (FBOs). Watch for extras that can be added on: peak-day surcharges, de-icing in winter, extra ground transport, and premium catering. Always check whether the quote is one-way or return, because a return with the jet waiting in Ibiza is priced differently from two separate one-way legs.

How does the season change the price?

Demand peaks in July and August, and weekend slots in that window carry surcharges of 20 to 30% over a quiet midweek day. Fly in the shoulder months and the same aircraft costs noticeably less.

How far ahead do you need to book?

Ibiza is heavily slot-restricted. The airport runs a single runway with limited parking, and in peak summer private movements rise by around 40%. Slots for private flights are often confirmed no more than about 15 days before departure, so the safe move is to enquire at least two weeks ahead for July and August, earlier for a weekend. More on this in August slot constraints at IBZ.

How can you fly London to Ibiza private for less?

The cheapest way onto the route is an empty leg: a repositioning flight already scheduled with no passengers, sold at a discount that can run 40 to 60% below a standard charter and start around £8,500. The catch is you have to be flexible on timing. See how empty legs actually work and the current empty legs feed. Beyond that, flying a light jet midweek in the shoulder season is the next biggest saving. For sizing by group, see which jet to choose.

How much is the return, Ibiza to London?

The return leg is priced on the same cabin classes and is often where the best empty-leg deals appear, because jets reposition back to London after dropping passengers in Ibiza. Full detail is on the private jet Ibiza to London page.
